Due to improper operation during sludge dewatering, storage, and transportation, small metal parts, such as screws, nuts, steel blocks, as well as hard and miscellaneous materials, such as plastic, wood, and stones, are often mixed in the sludge. When these impurities are squeezed between two cutting rollers, it is easy to cause the sludge shredder to get stuck,probably damaging the cutting roller,scraper comb and/or other components. Eventually, it will affect the normal use of the sludge shredder. To solve this issue, our company has designed the Automatic Intelligent Fault-tolerant Sludge Shredder (AIF Sludge Shredder). When the AIF Sludge Shredder is running, once the two cutting rollers get stuck by some hard objects, the PLC will automatically control the driven cutting roller to move horizontally apart, opening a certain gap and making the hard object to pass through, and then the roller returns to its original position. Therefore, this equipment can avoid damaging the sludge shredder, reduce time waste and relevant maintenance costs.

When the heat pump dryer is running，the air is circulated in the closed space composed of the drying chamber and the heat pump unit. The hot air passes through the materials to take away the water, and passes through the heat pump evaporator. The low temperature refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat, so that the air temperature is reduced and the water is condensed and drained. The saturated air after dehumidifying is then passed through the condenser of the heat pump, where the high heat refrigerant heats the air. And, the dry hot air blows into the drying chamber again to dry the materials. During this process, the heat pump system will be running automatically by the SCM according to the set temperature.
