HELPER Square Noodle Slitter

Noodle Slitter: Also named as Noodle Cutter, Noodle Shredder, Noodle Slicer. It's used to slit dough sheet into noodles. A pair or pairs of combs are installed under the slitting rollers for scraping off the cutting grooves of noodle slitter. Noodles are divided into equal amounts, and then, they are hindered by metal weights when coming out of the slitter, which gives the noodle its wavy appearance.
