TECONWAY will design the noodle slitter which has reasonable tooth shape and engaging way according to the product characteristics of different noodles and your requirements, and we will try our best to manufacture satisfactory products for you.
1.The cumulative error between the first and last grooves on the double rollers of noodle slitter is within 0.025mm, ensuring that the teeth on the rollers can be engaged accurately, reducing friction and improving the service life.
2.Cutting grooves using the CNC lathe's unique fixed linear speed, ensuring the high finish of both inner sides of the grooves.
3. The processing range of the square noodle slitter: the groove width P (showing on the figure 1) is 0.6-30mm, and the length of slitting area on the roller is 130-1800mm. Special sizes can be customized according to customers’ requirements. +
4.The processing range of round noodle slitter: the groove width P (showing on the figure 2) is 0.8-8mm, and the length of slitting area on the roller is 130-1800mm.
